The Professional Role

What it means to be a Energio advisor

A Energio advisor is a licensed or certified financial professional — operating under a recognised regulatory framework — who provides independent, informed counsel to their clients about clean energy infrastructure as an asset class.

The role is advisory and fiduciary — not promotional. An advisor's function is to evaluate whether infrastructure allocation is appropriate for each specific client's circumstances, explain the asset clearly, and support an evidence-based decision. The full documentation package — offering document, technical assessment, SPV audited financials, risk register — exists to support that professional judgment.

Energio does not expect or require advisors to act as promoters. The asset documentation makes the case. The advisor's role is to determine whether the case is appropriate for their client.

Credentialled professionals only

Participation as a Energio advisor requires verification of professional regulatory standing — licence number, regulatory body, jurisdiction. We do not accept self-described advisors operating outside a recognised professional framework.

Assessment — not sales

You evaluate whether the asset class — the risk profile, duration, liquidity characteristics, and income mechanics — is appropriate for each specific client's portfolio, objectives, and capacity for loss. That professional judgment is what makes your role valuable.

Education — not promotion

Energio provides advisors with investor education resources — explaining the asset class, its mechanics, return drivers, risk factors, and reporting standards. You relay this in the context of your client's full financial picture. No script. No sales target.

Formal fee recognition — documented

When a client introduced by a registered advisor participates in a Energio opportunity, the advisor's professional engagement is recognised through a documented fee arrangement, subject to the advisor's applicable regulatory disclosure obligations. Fully transparent. No undisclosed payments.

Global — any qualifying jurisdiction

Energio accepts advisor registrations from practitioners in qualifying jurisdictions worldwide. You do not need to be in the same country as the asset, the client, or the platform's registered office. Contact energio@transyralogistics.com to confirm eligibility for your regulatory framework.

Client Suitability Rationale

Why certain clients find infrastructure compelling

These are the reasons that resonate in an evidence-based client conversation — each supported by documentation you can present.

Income without equity sentiment

The income comes from a PPA contract — a named customer paying a fixed rate for electricity. It doesn't depend on earnings cycles, dividend policy, or market sentiment. For clients seeking predictable, documented income with contractual backing, this is a materially different proposition to equity income.

Genuine portfolio diversification

Solar asset returns are driven by physical plant performance and PPA payment — structurally disconnected from equity risk premium and credit spreads. For clients whose portfolios are already saturated with equity and bond correlation, the diversification contribution is substantive and explainable.

Duration aligned with real planning horizons

For clients planning 7–15 years ahead — retirement, estate planning, wealth accumulation — the holding period aligns naturally with their objectives rather than constraining them. The illiquidity premium reflects the trade-off rather than a design flaw.

Inflation-linked contract escalators

Many PPAs in the portfolio include CPI/RPI escalation clauses that adjust the contracted electricity price in line with inflation. For clients seeking partial inflation protection without the credit sensitivity of inflation-linked bonds, this is a structurally different and credible alternative.

Audited SPV — not management accounts

Each SPV is independently audited every year. Annual financials are prepared by external auditors, not management, and shared with all investors. For clients who want more than projections and management commentary — who want independently verified accounting — the audit trail is fully available before and after commitment.

Credible, documented impact

CO₂ avoided, clean energy generated, and communities served are reported in the quarterly report — not in a CSR brochure. For clients who want their portfolio to have demonstrable, reported impact — not just an ESG label — the evidence is in the operational data, every quarter.

Eligibility

Who qualifies as a Energio advisor

Energio applies a professional standard to advisor registration. This reflects both regulatory best practice and the nature of the asset — infrastructure investment is not suitable for every client, and we rely on registered advisors to apply professional judgment before introducing clients.

The following qualifications and registrations are examples of what qualifies in their respective jurisdictions. Contact energio@transyralogistics.com to confirm eligibility for your specific credential and jurisdiction — we accept advisors from a broad range of recognised regulatory frameworks worldwide.

Note: Registration as a Energio advisor does not create any obligation to introduce clients. It grants access to documentation, education materials, and the fee recognition framework — to be used at your professional discretion.

Yes. Energio does not conduct suitability assessments on behalf of advisors or their clients. As a registered advisor, you are solely responsible for determining whether participation in any Energio opportunity is suitable for each specific client, having regard to their objectives, financial position, risk tolerance, and investment horizon. Energio provides the documentation and asset information to support that determination — the professional judgment is yours.
Advisory fee structures are discussed and documented at registration, subject to the advisor's applicable regulatory framework and disclosure requirements. Fee arrangements are fully transparent — documented in the advisor agreement and, where required by your regulatory obligations, disclosed to your client before they participate. We do not offer any undisclosed payment arrangements.
For each opportunity, Energio provides: the full offering document (including risk disclosures), independent technical assessment, SPV legal structure and audited financials, SFDR Article 9 classification documentation, and a compliance briefing written specifically for advisory firm compliance officers. This is designed to give your internal compliance team the information they need to approve the asset for recommendation under your applicable regulatory framework.
No. Energio accepts advisor registrations from practitioners across a wide range of jurisdictions, regardless of where assets are located or where clients reside. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your advisory activities comply with the regulatory frameworks in your own jurisdiction and, where relevant, in the jurisdiction of each client. Advisors operating cross-border may need to satisfy additional regulatory conditions — we recommend obtaining independent regulatory advice if you are uncertain.
